Procedural Considerations
De device Upload, Configuration and Calibration procedures are listed in the tables below.

Select the Online button This
Warning message appears.
If the MC Toolkit is connected
to a DE Device, select the
OK
button.
Note:
This Warning appears only
if the transmitter is
configured for operation in
analog mode.
WARNING!
Before proceeding, if the
transmitter is part of a
control loop, ensure that
interlocks and alarms are
secured and that the loop is
in Manual control.
Then, select the OK button in
the popup message. The
display at right appears.
Use this display to
- Verify device
identification and to
monitor Gross Status
process conditions
- Select the desired Units
for the Process Variable
input using the PV Units
drop-down list.
Select the
Upload button; the
wait cursor and progress bar
appear.
Then, the Main Menu for the
Transmitter appears.
