Resolution
You can resolve by performing the following:
Retry offline download for failed items.
Problem
Manufacturer and Device Type name may not be displayed for
a certain scenarios.
Cause
The cause may be any one of the following:
DD file for the device is missing in FDC library
Resolution
Add appropriate DD file
Interoperability with FDM
Problem
Date fields show incorrect date after importing history record to
FDM
Cause
Regional settings is mismatch
Resolution
Change the regional setting to English (United states) in FDC
PDA and in FDM machine. Then retry saving history again in
FDC and re importing in FDM
