Warranty
EcolinkIntelligentTechnologyInc.warrantsthatforaperiodof1yearfromthedateof
purchasethatthisproductisfreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanship.Thiswarranty
doesnotapplytodamagecausedbyshippingorhandling,ordamagecausedbyaccident,
abuse,misuse,misapplication,ordinarywear,impropermaintenance,failuretofollow
instructionsorasaresultofanyunauthorizedmodifications.
Ifthereisadefectinmaterialsandworkmanshipundernormalusewithinthewarrantyperiod
EcolinkIntelligentTechnologyInc.shall,atitsoption,repairorreplacethedefectiveequipment
uponreturnoftheequipmenttotheoriginalpointofpurchase.
Theforegoingwarrantyshallapplyonlytotheoriginalbuyer,andisandshallbeinlieuofany
andallotherwarranties,whetherexpressedorimpliedandofallotherobligationsorliabilities
onthepartofEcolinkIntelligentTechnologyInc.neitherassumesresponsibilityfor,nor
authorizesanyotherpersonpurportingtoactonitsbehalftomodifyortochangethis
warranty,nortoassumeforit anyotherwarrantyorliabilityconcerningthisproduct.
ThemaximumliabilityforEcolinkIntelligentTechnologyInc.underallcircumstancesforany
warrantyissueshallbelimitedtoareplacementofthedefectiveproduct.Itisrecommended
thatthecustomerchecktheirequipmentonaregularbasisforproperoperation.
Unedistancedeséparationde20cm(ousupérieureà20cm)entrel'antenneetlespersonnesà
proximitédoitêtremaintenue.
