1. Put and tighten the two decorating knobs onto both side ends of the cylinder .
2. Insert the wheel axel across the tube of the stand.
3. Put the wheels into the wheel axel.
4. Insert the bolt across the hole on the wheel axel, then bend the end of the bolt to
secure the wheel.
5. Press the decorating cap onto the end of the wheel axel.
