MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
This is a limited warranty covering material replacement only. Excluded from coverage is labor, any damage to the application surface or any failure of the coating caused other than by defects in the
material. No other warranties are express or implied.
ECOBOND LBP, LLC (Manufacturer) warrants that the Products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper storage. Manufacturer’s obligation under this
warranty shall be limited to the replacement of any product that may be defective within 30 days from the date of purchase, and which Manufacturer’s examination discloses to Manufacturer’s
satisfaction to be defective or at the Manufacturer’s option, to refund in an amount equal to the purchase price paid. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR USE, AND OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES ON MANUFACTURER’S
PART, AND MANUFACTURER NEITHER ASSUMES, NOR AUTHORIZES ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR MANUFACTURER, ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE
SALE OF THIS PRODUCT. THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO PRODUCTS OR ANY PART THEREOF WHICH HAS BEEN SUBJECT TO FREEZING, EXCESSIVE HEAT, DILUTION,
IMPROPER MIXING, IMPROPER STORAGE, OR IMPROPER APPLICATION.

F. Non-flammable. Use with adequate ventilation. Keep out of reach of children.
WASTE DISPOSAL: Through the proper prior application of ECOBOND® LBP, removed and collected solid waste will typically pass the TCLP test as non-hazardous for lead. A test patch is also
recommended prior to full usage to ensure the proper amount of ECOBOND LBP is applied to address the specific lead concentrations in the surface being coated. Disposal and sampling
