Set a destination and search for a route

●If the destination is on a

motorway or in an inaccessible

area, the following screen will

appear. Select one of the

following options.

• Touch to set the

destination on the motorway.

• Touch to set the

destination on a different road.

●If the destination is inaccessible

or if there is a river, railroad or

other obstruction in its vicinity, the

following screen may be

displayed.

• Touch to keep the

current destination.

• Touch to change the

destination.

●If a route search is conducted on a motorway or toll road interchange (IC), the

search result route may start from a nearby local road. Should this happen,

reinitiate the route search (See page 143).
