We thank you for the confidence you've placed in our company when choosing our IW6PLUS loudspeaker for wall/ceiling mounting. In order to get the optimum operation and efficiency from this unit, it is VERY IMPORTANT - before you plug anything - to read this manual very carefully and bear in mind all considerations specified within it.
4. CONNECTIONS The IW6PLUS operates at a maximum power of 40W RMS and an impedance of 16. It has a passive cut-off filter that divides the spectrum of the audio signal sent to the unit into two, channelling the appropriate frequency band for each of the two transducers: woofer (bass frequencies and tweeter (treble frequencies).
The procedure for installing each unit is described below: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. Use the template supplied to mark the perimeter of the hole to be made on the installation surface. Make the hole and pass the end of the cable to be connected to the speaker through it. Insert the plastic frame into the hole, taking care to ensure that the 6 rotating tabs are in a tangential position with respect to the cut. Tighten each of the 6 screws that can be accessed from the front of the frame.

4. CONEXIONADO El IW6PLUS trabaja con una potencia máxima de 40W RMS sobre una impedancia de 16. Incorpora un filtro de corte pasivo, cuya misión es la de dividir en dos el espectro de audio de la señal proporcionada a la unidad, encaminando la banda de frecuencias apropiada para cada uno de sus dos transductores: woofer (frecuencias graves) y tweeter (frecuencias agudas).

Utilice la plantilla suministrada para marcar el perímetro del orificio a practicar sobre la superficie de instalación. Efectúe el orifico y pase a través de él el extremo del cable a conectar al altavoz. Inserte el marco plástico en el orificio practicado, teniendo cuidado de que las 6 pestañas giratorias queden en posición tangencial al corte.

4. CONNEXIONS L’IW6PLUS fonctionne avec une puissance maximum de 40W RMS sur une impédance de 16. Utilisez le modèle fourni pour marquer le périmètre du trou à réaliser sur la surface d’installation. Faites le trou et passez au travers le bout du câble où connecter le haut-parleur. Insérez le cadre plastique dans le trou réalisé, en faisant attention à ce que les 6 onglets rotatifs soient perpendiculaires à la coupe. Vissez les 6 vis accessibles sur l’avant de l’appareil.

4. VERKABELUNG Der IW6PLUS arbeitet mit einer Höchstleistung von 40 W RMS bei einer Impedanz von 16. Der Lautsprecher verfügt über einen Passivfilter, der dafür sorgen soll, dass das Audiospektrum des vom Lautsprecher abgegebenen Signals in zwei geteilt wird, wobei die für die beiden Töner angemessene Frequenzbreite gelenkt wird: Woofer (tiefe Frequenzen) und Tweeter (hohe Frequenzen).
Nachfolgend wird der beim Einbau einer jeden Lautsprechereinheit einzuhaltende Ablauf beschrieben: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. Verwenden Sie die mitgelieferte Schablone, um den Umriss der Öffnung zu markieren, die auf der Einbaufläche anzulegen ist. Legen Sie die Öffnung an und führen Sie das am Lautsprecher anzuschließende Ende des Kabels hindurch. Setzen Sie den Kunststoffrahmen in die Öffnung ein. Dabei ist darauf zu achten, dass die 6 Drehverbinder in tangentialer Position zum Schnitt verbleiben.
