5. Conditional access
(receivers with conditional access capabilities only)
NOTE
The information pages can show differently for the modules and smartcards that you use. EchoStar has no control over the
information as provided by the service provider, therefore no specific information is given.
1 To access the Module 1 information pages to set and view the options for the inserted Module
and Smartcard.
2 To access the Module 2 information pages to set and view the options for the inserted Module
and Smartcard.
6. HDD Information
Model Shows the model number of the HDD.
Serial number Shows the serial number of the HDD.
S/W version Shows the current S/W version of the HDD.
Used Shows the amount of space (capacity) that you have already used.
Free Shows the amount of space (capacity) that you can use.
Total Shows the total capacity of the HDD.
6. HDD Format
Yes If you select Yes, the receiver deletes all content that is present on the HDD and restores the
condition as came out of the box.
No If you select No, the receiver returns to the previous menu.
6. HDD Recording
Recording To program a recording manually. You can select up to 4 recordings simultaneously. For
detailed information, please refer to the section Getting started.
Red: To start or stop the recording.
Blue: Direct access to the Timer list.
Channel To select the channel that you want to record the program from.
Mode To select a recording based on the EPG time (automatically set) or Normal time (manually set)
settings.
Please note that EPG information is not necessarily correct. Please note, EchoStar has no
control over the EPG data as it is provided by the service provider,
Duration To set the length for the timer.
