4. EPG RELATED
5. I cannot select a
favorite list for
limited access.
■ You have not created
the required favorite
list.
■ Press the EXIT key
to return to live.
■ Press the Green key
and create the
favorite list.

1. The EPG is empty.
■ The selected
program supports no
EPG.
■ There is no solution
for this, the data is
supplied by the
service provider and
beyond our control.
■ The local time is not
correct.
■ In the Local time
menu, set the correct
time.
■ The daylight saving
time is not correct.
■ In the Local time
menu, set the correct
time.
2. The EPG shows
(little) balloons
without text.
■ The time scale of the
EPG is to big.
■ Use the zoom
function (Blue key) to
reduce the time scale
until the information
can be read.
■ Select the balloon
and on the RCU,
press the i-key to
view and read the
information.

1. I cannot set a timer

■ The selected
program supports no
EPG.
■ Press the Yellow key,
select a timer option.
■ Set the start and stop
time manually.

2. I cannot find the
programmed
timers.
■ - ■ Press the EPG key.
■ Press the Yellow key.
■ Press the  key,
select the Timer list
option.
3. My VCR did not
record the program.
■ You did not set the
VCR itself.
■ Set your VCR itself
also.
■ The VCR timer does
not start your VCR, it
only switches on the
receiver so that you
can record the
program.
