2.1.3. PARENTAL LOCK PAGE

The parental lock menu is initial accessible with the factory default PIN code 0000. For future

use, you are requested to change the PIN code to your own personal code.

This sub menu contains two menu pages. These menu pages are:

This menu page allows you to customize the parental lock settings, you can customize:

This menu page allows you to change the PIN code, you can change:

2.1.4. LOCAL TIME PAGE

This menu page allows you to customize the local time settings. For the correct operation of

the EPG and the timers, it is necessary to set the local time correctly. You can customize:

■ Receiver Lock

To lock the receiver completely for unauthorized

users.

■ Installation Lock

To lock the installation menu for unauthorized

users.

■ Channel lock

To lock or unlock all locked selections at once.

■ Master hide

To hide or unhide all hidden selections at once.

■ Change PIN Code

To access the change PIN code page.

■ Old password

To type in the factory default or personal PIN code.

■ New password

To type in your new PIN code (numbers only).

■ Verify password

To type in your New password again. Now the

receiver verifies the new password to make sure

that you typed in the new password correctly.

■ Selected time zone

To set the time zone where you are.

■ summer time

To set the daylight savings time on or off.

■ Time offset

To set the difference between local time and the

common time as defined by the time zone.
