IMPORTANT NOTE - Time intervals shown are maximum. Actual use and
your experience will determine the frequency of required maintenance.
MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE NOTES:
1 Apply lithium based grease every 25 hours of use.
2 Inspect blade, and clean and sharpen as needed. Lubricate blades
periodically during use.
3 Low evaporative fuel tanks DO NOT require regular maintenance to
maintain emission integrity.
* Replacement is recommended based on the finding of damage or wear
during inspection.
Air Filter
Level 1.
1. Close choke (A)(COLD START [ ] position). This prevents dirt from
entering the carburetor throat when the air filter is removed. Brush
accumulated dirt from air cleaner area.
