Adjustment
Level 2. 
• DHC-2200: Two blade bolts 
nearest blade tip are 
adjustable. 
• DHC-2800: Two blade bolts 
nearest blade tip, and fourth 
blade bolt from blade tip are 
adjustable. 
ONLY blade bolts indicated should be adjusted. All other bolts should 
be tightened snugly. 
1. Loosen blade locknuts (D) 1/
2 turn. 
2. Tighten blade bolts (E) until 
snug. 
3. Loosen blade bolts 1/2 turn.
Note: When bolt adjustment 
is correct, there should 
be a gap of 0.25 -0.50 
mm between the cutter 
blades and the flat washers, and the flat washer beneath 
each bolt head should turn freely.
