- Once the unit has started, check for abnormal vibrations and sounds.
- Disconnect the battery:
- Do not touch high temperature or high voltage components while the product is running.
- Turn off the unit when checking or maintaining the product.
- Turn off the unit immediately if anything goes wrong.

Removing the Battery
To remove battery, press
battery latch, and slide
battery out.
When the battery is difficult to remove:
1. Place saw on a hard flat
surface.
2. Press battery latch and
push bottom of battery
against the hard surface.
3. Slide battery out of saw.
Hanging and Lifting
Hooks
Hanging Hook (A):
Attach a rope or carabiner to
prevent accidental dropping
of saw while working in a
tree.
Lifting Hook (B):
Use to hook and unhook from
harness in one quick
movement.
