Introduction

This version adds several new features to the WDM drivers. Users of Windows 98SE or earlier

are urged to use the VxD drivers.

This driver release supports PureWave. PureWave is an exciting feature, introduced with

Version 6.05, that is unique to Echo hardware; for more information, please see the PureWave

documentation, below.

This document also discusses new features not covered in the manual.
