A message monitor point has returned
an error. See the
OnMsgMonitorPointErrorEvent.

InputDp
A DataPoint object containing the
received value.
The InputDp parameter's AutoRead and
AutoWrite properties are set to False.
OutputDp
A DataPoint object that allows a
response to be sent if the UpdateType is
Request.
The OutputDp parameter's AutoWrite
property is set to True; therefore, it will
be sent as a response when you write to
this DataPoint object.

A SourceAddress object indicating the
source device of the update.
