The external interface file path.
If the name is provided without a
path, OpenLNS will look in the
directory specified in the System
object's ImportDirectory property.

The DeviceTemplate object from
which to get the information.

DeviceTemplates
The DeviceTemplates object is a collection of DeviceTemplate objects. The instance of this
collection, which is accessed through the TemplateLibrary object, holds all of the
