configured differently. Table 9.1 presents the correct jumper position for different
types of analog outputs.
The AO-10 sources, but does not sink, current. For wiring simplicity, 4-20mA actuators
attached to the AO-10 module should be operated in 2-wire mode, provided that they can
operate at 12V or less. Actuators that require >12V across their terminals should be
operated in a 4-wire mode and powered from a separate power supply.
