Load Disconnect
State Changed
The state of the load disconnect
contactor has changed. This event codes
return indicate the load disconnect
contactor’s current state, as well as the
reason for the change in state.
66 Bits 0..3 indicate the current state:
1 = closed
2 = opened
3 = locked open
Bit 4 indicates whether or not the change in state was
successful:
0 = successful
1 = failure
Bits 5 is reserved for future use.
Bit 6: Previous internal status (MP30 and power-up
resynchronizations only)
0 = open,
1 = closed
Bit 7: Previous external status (MP30 and power-up
resynchronizations only)
0 = open
1 = closed
High byte indicates the reason the state has
changed:
1 = MP02 operation
2 = Maximum Power
3 = Prepay
4 = Prepay Power
5 = MP23 operation
6 = Manual operation
7 = Schedule
8 = MP30 invoked
9 = Disconnect resynchronization occurred
10 = Power-up resynchronization occurred

Control relay is in open state. 67
Invalid Password An invalid password was entered during
optical communications.

Active (executing) code bank has been

Load profile was not backfilled completely
at power-up because meter was off
