3.1 Buttons

: Tap to turn on/off the Receiver; Press and hold for 3 seconds to enter the Synchronize/Pair process. The

synchronization signal will not stop blinking until the receiver and transmitter pair successfully.

2. PROBE/TIMER: Press to select Thermometer Probe 1, Probe 2, Probe 3 or Probe 4；Press and hold for 3 seconds to

enter Timer mode.

3. /℉/℃:Tap to turn on/off the backlight. Backlight will auto-off after 15 seconds of inactivity. Press and hold for

3 seconds to switch℉and ℃.

4. ▲:In thermometer mode (Probe 1, 2, 3, or 4),Press once to increase the temperature setting, press and hold for 3

seconds, temperature will increase at a faster pace. In timer mode, press once to increase Hour, Minute or Seconds

setting. Press and hold for 3 seconds, the hours, minutes or seconds will increase at a faster pace.

5. ▼:In thermometer mode (Probe 1, 2, 3, or 4),Press once to decrease the temperature setting, press and hold for 3

seconds, temperature will decrease at a faster pace. In timer mode, press once to decrease Hour, Minute or Second

setting. Press the S./S./ /CLEAR button to confirm what you set before setting the next values. Press and hold for 3

seconds, the hours, minutes or seconds will decrease at faster pace.

6. S./S./ /CLEAR: Press it to turn ON/OFF the alarm in thermometer mode. When setting the timer, press to

confirm the setting. When the timer setting is set, press once to start the timer. When the timer is running, press once

to pause the timer. Press and hold for three seconds to clear timer setting.

7. MEAT: In thermometer mode, press to select the meat type: GPOUL (Ground Poultry), BBQ, PROG (Program -

USER DEFINED TEMPERATURE), BEEF, VEAL, CHCKE (Chicken), PORK, POULT (Poultry), LAMB, FISH, HAM and GBEEF

(Ground Beef).

8. TASTE/HI/LO: In thermometer mode, press to select the meat taste level: RARE, MED RARE, MEDIUM, MEDIUM

WELL and WELL DONE. In BBQ mode, press it to display HI or LO BBQ temperature. Press ▲ or ▼ to set the

temperature and press TASTE/HI/LO again to confirm. In timer mode, press to select between an Hour/Minute timer

and a Minute/Second timer.
