EBARA Submersible Slurry Pump ENZX
Operating, Installation and Maintenance
Operating Features
a. Motor is protected by double mechanical seal and lip seals to prevent the entry of water and other impurities
into motor.
b. An agitator fitted on the end of main impeller mixes the solid and liquid, allowing the pump to lift the liquid
and solid together. The wet parts of the pump are constructed of a hard chrome iron material (56.8 HRC)
designed to prolong service life.
c. Motor and pump are submersed in liquid, saving installation space, protecting the equipment, allowing ease
of maintenance, and greatly reducing operating noise.
d. The motor has been designed to include several internal protection measures; refer to chart below:
Notes:
1. All protection devices are low voltage device (≤ 36V). Please check the open and close of device or resistance
to earth by multimeter.
CAUTION!
High voltage testers should not be used. This will result in damage to the protection device.
WARNING!
2. If wired to an alarm type control box properly, the protection devices will automatically stop the pump when a
failure is detected.
