Setting the cycle time

Setting the cycle time EZ allows you to fix the cycle time. To do this, move to the
SYSTEM menu and from there to the CYCLE TIME.. menu
The cycle time can only be set in STOP mode.
EZ is in STOP mode.
XSelect CYCLE TIME and press OK.
The following menu appears:
XPress OK.
You can now enter the set cycle time.

úí Move between the parameters
• ÍÚ Change value.
XPress OK to acknowledge the value: e.g. 35 ms.
The minimum set cycle time is 35 ms. The cycle time can be
lengthened if EZ requires more time to process the program.
Set cycle time value range:
between 00 and 60 ms.

Factory setting:
The cycle time is set to 00 ms.

The entry of a set cycle time is only useful in applications
involving two-step controllers or similar functions.
With a cycle time setting of 00 ms, EZ will process the circuit
diagram and the program at the fastest possible speed.
