The enclosed control irrigation
pump panels were designed
with the agricultural marketplace
in mind. Eaton understands that
there are many unique features
required to control irrigation
systems. Whether you are using
a center pivot, drip irrigation or
water flooding system, these
pump controls are designed to
meet your needs.
The irrigation pump controllers
are combination starters
ready to be applied to your
centrifugal and displacement
pumps. The enclosure is UL
®
Type 3R rated to provide
weathertight protection and
is available in two enclosure
sizes, depending on your control
option requirements. This 3R
rating allows you to mount the
enclosures outdoors near the
head of the well. The enclosures
are also designed to be pole
mounted. This enables you to
mount this as a standalone
device on a utility pole or in a
rack-mounting configuration.
Additionally, the irrigation pump
panel is the first and only pump
panel truly designed with an
easy-to-use bottom entry.
The irrigation pump panels
use Freedom™ Series motor-
starting technology to control
motors from 1 to 100 hp at
460 volts. The panels utilize
either a disconnect switch or
a circuit breaker, a HAND/OFF/
AUTO auto selector switch,
and a start pushbutton. These
controllers have two styles of
overload protection available,
interchangeable heater and
solid-state overload (SSOL).

heater packs to allow

protection and the widest
adjustment ranges in the
industry to make setup
