Timing relay
easy800 provides 32 timing relays from T 01 to T 32.
A timing relay is used to change the switching duration and
the make and break times of a relay contact. The delay times
can be configured between 5 ms and 99 h 59 min.
Wiring a timing relay
You integrate a timing relay into your circuit in the form of a
contact and coil. The function of the relay is defined via the
parameter display. The relay is started via the trigger coil
T..EN and can be selectively reset via the reset coil T..RE. The
actual timeout running can be stopped via the third coil
T..ST.

Attention!
The shorter the cycle time, the faster the control and
regulation process.
Set the set cycle time as short as possible. The processing
of the function blocks, reading of the inputs and writing of
outputs is only carried out once every cycle. Exception: All
function blocks that are processed irrespective of the
controller.

To prevent unpredictable switching states, use each coil of
a relay once only in the circuit diagram.
