Vendor Parameters Object, Class 0xA0
Vendor parameter object is used in order to get access to drive parameters. Because drive
parameters are identified by the 16-bit length ID number, it is impossible to use only
attribute ID, which is 8-bit in length. To overcome this issue, we are using the following
method to calculate requested drive parameter ID.
Drive parameter ID = instance ID (higher byte) + attribute ID (lower byte).
