Operation
To monitor the installation with Solution-
Pac software or an Operating System Power
Management software, you have to connect
the USB port of the card to the USB bus
(Fig. 5).
The communication cable is supplied with
the card.
The green light on the communication card
operates as follows :
◗ flashes once every second during the
start-up phase,
◗ flashes more rapidly during initialization
of the dialogue on the UPS BUS,
◗ stays lighting during database processing,
◗ and then flashes at a rate corresponding
to the flow of data on the UPS BUS. Then,
the USB port is ready to use.
Same kind of connections are to be done in
case of using a MultiSlot module.
