Precautions
When you first get the earphone and find that the earphone and microphone are not
working properly, here are two ways to test it:
1. Use the audio cable in the package to make calls on the mobile phone. Test whether
the headset and microphone work.
2. You can use the audio cable in the package to plug into the computer's audio input
jack (the computer's audio jack has a microphone logo), and the wired connection is the
default input device.
When you use a headset in a game and you notice an abnormal headset:
Please check the headphone Settings in the game, adjust the volume, check your network
or ask your teammates about their network.
