1.PRODUCTANDPARTS
Ifwithin60daysofthepurchaseofourproduct,anypartorportionshallproveuponexaminationbythewarrantortobedefectiveinmaterial or workmanship,
thewarrantorwillrepairorreplacesuchpart,portion,orproduct
atthewarrantor’soption.
2.CONDITIONSANDEXCEPTIONS
Thiswarrantyshallapplyonlywhentheshoppingcartisassembledwithreasonablecareandaccordingtotheinstructionsfurnished.Anymisuse,abuseoralterationofit,anyoperationofitina
modifiedform,oranyattemptto
repairwillvoidthiswarranty.Misuseincludes,but,notlimited,usingthecarexceedingtheweightmaximumasstatedonlabel andusingthecartforpurposesnotintendedbythewarrantor.
3.SERVICEANDREPAIRSEXPENSE
UnderthisLimitedWarranty,thewarrantorwillprovideonly
areplacementshoppingcartorapartthereof.Theownerisresponsibleforallothercosts.Suchcostsmayinclude,butarenotlimitedto:
(a) Laborchargesforservice,removal,repair,orassemblyoftheshoppingcartoranycomponentpart.
(b) Shipping,delivery,handling,andadministrativechargesforforwardingthenewshopping
cartorreplacementpartfromthewarrantorandreturningtheclaimeddefectivecartorparttothe
warrantor.
(c) Allnecessaryorincidentalcostsforanymaterialsrequiredforassemblyofthereplacementcartorpart.
4.LIMITATIONONIMPLIEDWARRANTIES
IMPLIEDWARRANTIES,INCLUDINGANYWARRANTYOFMERCHANTABILITYIMPOSEDONTHESALE
OFTHISSHOPPINGCARTUNDERSTATELAW,ARE LIMITEDTO60DAYSDURATIONFORTHECARTORANYOFITSPARTS.SOME
STATESDONOTALLOWLIMITATIONSONHOWLONGANIMPLIEDWARRANTYLASTS,SOTHEABOVELIMITATIONMAYNOTAPPLYTOYOU.
5.CLAIMPROCEDURE
Anyclaimunderthiswarrantyshouldbe
initiatedwiththewarrantorbymailingoftheoriginalpurchasereceiptwithareturnaddress.Theownershallalsoincludeaconcisestatementastothenatureofdamageanditscause.

Thewarrantor
willonlyhonorreplacementwithanidenticalorsimilarshoppingcartorpartsthereofwhicharemanufacturedordistributedbythewarrantor.

NOOTHEREXPRESSWARRANTYHASBEENMADEORWILLBEMADEONBEHALFOFTHEWARRANTORWITHRESPECTTOTHECARTORASSEMBLY,OPERATION,REPAIR,ORREPLACEMENTOF
THECART.THEWARRANTORSHALL
NOTBERESPONSIBLEFORLOSSOFUSEOFTHEUNIT,INCONVENIENCE,LOSSORDAMAGETOPERSONALPROPERTY,WHETHERDIRECTORINDIRECT,ANDWHETHERARISINGINCONTRACTORTORT.SOMESTATESDONOT
