7.10 License Agreement

End User License Agreement (EULA) for EssGPR4LoggingApp

This is a legal agreement between Earth Science Systems, LLC and you, the Customer.

By installing this software, you accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement. Upon your

acceptance of this Agreement, Earth Science Systems, LLC grants you a non exclusive license

to use one copy of the Software, provided that you agree on the following.

1. Neither the software nor the accompanying printed materials may be copied or

duplicated in any way, or transferred to a third party, without prior written consent from

Earth Science Systems, LLC.

2. The software is owned by Earth Science Systems, LLC and protected by international

title or interest in the software product to you. This agreement does not grant you any

intellectual property rights in the software.

3. This agreement grants the Customer unlimited use of the software modules. The

Customer is prohibited from distributing the software to any third party.

4. The software is being delivered to you as is and Earth Science Systems, LLC makes no

warranty as to its use or performance. Earth Science Systems, LLC assumes no liability

for incidental, consequential or special damages including any lost profits or lost savings

resulting from the use of the software.

5. This agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States of America. If any part

of this Agreement is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the
