16. Cleaning
1) Unscrew Air Cap Ring (Fig. 9, 1)
2) Remove Spray Direction Plate (Fig. 9, 3)
3) Completely remove Material Volume Adjuster (Fig. 10, 1)
4) Remove Spring (Fig. 10, 2)
5) Remove Fluid Needle (Fig. 10, 3) by gently pulling the Trigger (Fig. 11, 4)
6) Remove Spray Direction Plate noting the position of notches (Fig. 9, 3)
7) Remove Fluid Tip (Fig. 9, 4) (13mm spanner required)
8) Remove Fluid Tip Seal (Fig. 9, 5)
9) Remove Paint Feed Tube (Fig. 9, 8)
10) Remove Paint Container Seal (Fig. 9, 7)

Place all of these items (apart from Paint Container Seal (Fig. 9, 7) into a container
and clean them using a brush and warm water or clean with thinners depending on
coating being sprayed
12) Clean the inside of the body of the gun
13) Thoroughly dry these parts before reassembling
14) Reassemble parts in reverse order. (Fig. 11).
NEVER DISPOSE OF PAINTS OR SOLVENTS DOWN THE DRAIN. ALWAYS USE YOUR
LOCAL WASTE COLLECTION SITE.
17. Maintenance
1) Ensure the Filter (Fig. 12 A) is kept clean at all times.
2) This can be washed out if necessary and replaced when dry. From time to time this
lter will need replacing.
3) The turbine bearings are sealed and lubricated for life. There is no maintenance or
adjustment required.
4) Clean the turbine and hose unit with a damp cloth after use.
WARNING! Never operate the machine without the air lter tted; otherwise
dirt could be sucked in and impair the function of the machine.
