Having the correct viscosity of paint is important to ensure the paint atomizes correctly and sprays well giving you a good quality finish. If your material is thin like water then the viscosity is said to be low, while if thick like latex interior paint then viscosity is said to be high. Viscosity is measured in seconds.

The flow rate will vary dependant on what you are spraying.
FF0084-A4-0312_Layout 1 09/03/2012 14:21 Page 10 Technique (recommend viewing of DVD) DVD When spraying always keep your spray gun at the same distance from the surface, avoid moving your wrist as this will give you an uneven paint distribution. You should spray a maximum distance of 10”-12” from a surface, this will give you your maximum spray width (Fig.6).
FF0084-A4-0312_Layout 1 09/03/2012 14:21 Page 11 5. Reconnect the unit to the electrical outlet. Remove the paint tube from the faucet connector Fig.26 and aim into waste bucket. Put 1/2 gallon of clean warm water (no detergent required) into the Gemini bucket. Re-affix the paint pickup tube to the head and set the head unit on top of 17 25 the Gemini bucket (Fig.26). With pump set at #5 (Fig.27), turn the pump on and let it pump water for two (2) minutes until the water is clear.

(Priming not required) 1) Uncoil the black air hose from around the bucket and put it to one side. 2) Fit the rigid suction tube (Fig.8) and paint container to gun (for first time use, the gun already comes supplied like this). 3) Then fit the black air hose to head unit and gun using a TWIST motion.

Ensure the Air Cap Ring (2) is fully tightened and the Fluid Tip (5) is pushed into place so that the spray gun Needle (7) will shut off. Tips: Ensure the Spray Direction Plate (4) is free to move. If necessary loosen the Air Cap Ring (2) slightly. NEVER DISPOSE OF PAINTS OR SOLVENTS DOWN THE DRAIN.

No grounding means it is provided on a doubleinsulated appliance, nor should a means for grounding be added to the appliance. Servicing a double-insulated appliance requires extreme care and knowledge of the system, and should be done only by qualified service personnel.

Al pulverizar el látex con el depósito pequeño, todos los revestimientos con base de látex necesitarán al menos un 10% de disolución.

La velocidad del flujo variará según lo que pulverice.

Pulverice a una distancia máxima de 25 - 30 cm de la superficie para obtener una anchura de pulverización máxima (Fig. 6).

Saque el tubo de pintura del conector para Fig. 26. el grifo y apunte con él hacia el cubo de basura. Llene el cubo Gemini con unos dos libros de agua limpia tibia (sin detergente). Fije de nuevo el tubo de recogida de pintura al cabezal y 17 25 coloque la unidad del cabezal sobre el cubo Gemini (Fig.26). Con la bomba ajustada al nº 5 (Fig.

(No es necesario preparación) 1) Desenrosque la manguera negra de aire de alrededor del cubo y colóquela a un lado. 2) Acople el tubo de succión rígido (Fig. 8) y el contenedor de pintura a la pistola (para el primer uso, la pistola se facilita así).

Seque bien todas las piezas antes de volver a montarlas. ● Vuelva a montar las piezas en orden inverso. ● Asegúrese que la anilla del cabezal de aire (2) esté bien ajustada y la boquilla (5) esté bien fijada para que la aguja de la pistola pulverizadora (7) se cierre. Consejos: Asegúrese de que la placa de dirección (4) de la pulverización pueda moverse libremente.

FF0084-A4-0312_Layout 1 09/03/2012 14:21 Page 27 Conexión a la red eléctrica En los aparados de doble aislamiento hay dos sistemas de aislamiento en lugar de la toma a tierra. Si no hay toma a tierra significa que el aparato dispone de doble aislamiento, por lo que no debe añadir ninguna toma a tierra. El mantenimiento de un aparato de doble aislamiento requiere un conocimiento y un manejo extremo del sistema, y por tanto solo deberá ser llevado a cabo por personal cualificado.
