Should I test a spot?
Yes. Every surface is dierent and only by a applying a sample of sealer
to the surface to be sealed will you know exactly how it will look and if
there is proper adhesion. Do not proceed unless sample spot is
acceptable.
O-gassing of solvent in Eagle Supreme Seal my form bubbles in the
lm. To avoid this, do not seal when surface temperature is above 90
degrees. (Example; late on hot sunny days) and do not over-apply per
coat but rather apply two thin coats. To x problem on thin coatings,
re-apply another coat of Eagle Supreme Seal. On thick lm, apply
Xylene. Both solutions will melt the lm and dry clear.
Many sealers will yellow in the sun. Eagle Sealers will not yellow.
What types of concrete can be sealed?
Eagle Supreme Seal can be applied to all types of concrete and
cementious surfaces. However concrete much be clean and dry. Surfaces
should be unsealed or previously sealed with a compatible oil-based
sealer. Test for compatibility.
