The E-PATROL-CCTV and E-PATROL-THERMAL are ruggedised pan and
tilt zoom camera systems for all-weather-use. They are ideal for police opera-
tions, mining area operations, industrial process control, covert surveillance
or military use. Applications include mobile surveillance ontop of vehicles or
fixed installation use on buildings or as part of an observation post.
The camera portion itself consists of a hi-speed 12VDC pan/tilt
motorised platform with either a day/night zoom camera or a thermal imag-
ing module with a seperate day/night zoom camera. Various versions of the
thermal imaging module can be fitted depending on the application and range
required. The motorised platform allows stealthy and silent operation and has
an amazing 0.007° resolution.
For control, the system is provided with a rugged controller unit which has a
3-axis joystick and 5.6” TFT LCD Monitor. A single cable connection connects
the camera and display/control unit ensuring easy installation.
