· Recommend to use Intel Chipset motherboard. For more details, please visit
Eagle Eye DVR.
· Support Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. Under Windows Vista and Windows 7, User Account
Control (UAC) and Action Center(Windows 7) or Windows Security Center(Windows Vista) Setting must be
turned off.
· Recommend to install WMV codec provided. This codec is also available from Microsoft website. Installation of
the codec greatly improves efficiency of creating AVI format files.
· Disable System Standby mode, Screen saver, and all the energy saving feature.
Note: Above recommendation is based on usage of software version 12.12.0
