Allgemeines
Die Labornetzgeräte der Serie E A-PS 2000 B Triple bieten
zwei Hauptausgänge mit je 100W bzw. 160W und einen 12W
Hilfsausgang mit 3...6V und 12W.
Die neue „Tracking“-Funktion ermöglicht simultanes Einstel-
len der beiden Hauptausgänge mit den Drehknöpfen des
linken Bedienteils. Die Ausgänge sind zueinander galvanisch
getrennt und können in Reihe oder parallel geschaltet werden.
Zusammen mit dem „Tracking“ kann der Anwender so z. B.
eine variable ±15V-Spannungsversorgung herstellen.
Die Sicherheitsausgangsbuchsen befinden sich auf der
Frontseite des Gerätes. Spannung und Strom können kon-
tinuierlich von Null bis zum Nennwert eingestellt werden.
Schutzfunktionen
Neben einem Überspannungsschutz (OVP), der angeschlos-
sene Verbraucher vor zu hoher Spannung schützen soll, gibt
es nun auch einen Überstromschutz. Dieser schaltet den
Ausgang bei Erreichen einer von 0...110% Nennstrom ein-
stellbaren Schwelle ab und schützt die Last bei einem Defekt
vor Überstrom und somit Zerstörung.
General
The power supplies of the EA-PS 2000 B Triple series have
two main outputs of 100W or 160W each and a 12W auxiliary
output with 3...6V and 12W.
The new „Tracking“ feature provides simultaneous control of
both main outputs with the adjustment knobs of the leftside
control panel. The outputs are galvanically isolated to each
other and can be connected in series or parallel. In combi-
nation with the tracking feature, the user can, for example,
set up a variable ±15V output.
The safety output sockets are located on the front panel of
the unit. Voltage and current can be adjusted from zero to
maximum.
Protectivefeatures
Besides standard features like overvoltage protection (OVP),
which is intended to protect sensitive user applications against
unwanted voltage peaks or high voltage, the series now fea-
tures an overcurrent protection with an adjustable threshold
of 0...110% nominal current. It will protect a malfunctioning
application from overcurrent by immediate output shutdown.
