Allgemeines
Die Labornetzgeräte der Serie EA-PS 2000 B TFT sind im Jahr 2020 überar-
beitete Versionen der bisherigen Modelle mit blauer LCD-Anzeige. Die neue
Version bietet eine farbige TFT-Anzeige, einen besseren USB-Anschluß und
die zusätzlichen Kommunikationsprotokolle ModBus RTU und SCPI. Es sind
drei Leistungsklassen mit 100 W, 160 W oder 320 W verfügbar.
Die Geräte sind oben und unten geschlossen und haben keine außenlie-
genden Kühlkörper. Deshalb eignen sie sich besonders gut für die Verwen-
dung im Schul- und Ausbildungsbereich. Die Sicherheitsausgangsbuchsen
benden sich auf der Frontseite des Gerätes. Spannung und Strom können
kontinuierlich von Null bis zum Nennwert eingestellt werden.
Schutzfunktionen
Neben einem Überspannungsschutz (OVP), der angeschlossene Verbrau-
cher vor zu hoher Spannung schützen soll, gibt es auch einen Überstrom-
schutz. Dieser schaltet den Ausgang bei Erreichen einer von 0...110% Nenn-
strom einstellbaren Schwelle ab und schützt die Last bei einem Defekt vor
Überstrom und somit Zerstörung.
General
The laboratory power supplies of the EA-PS 2000 B TFT series are in 2020
facelifted models of the former version with blue LCD screen. They now
come with color TFT screen, a better USB port and the additional commu-
nication protocols ModBus RTU and SCPI. They are available in three power
ratings of 100 W, 160 W or 320 W.
The units are closed at top and bottom and have no external heatsinks.
Thus they are especially suitable for use in schools and other educational
establishments. The safety output sockets are located on the front of the
unit. Voltage and current can be adjusted from zero to the required value.
Protective features
Besides standard features, such as overvoltage protection (OVP), which are in-
tended to protect sensitive user applications against unwanted voltage peaks
or high voltage, the series now features an overcurrent protection with an ad-
justable threshold of 0...110% nominal current. It will protect a malfunction-
ing application from overcurrent by immediate output shutdown.
