EL 3000 B Series
1.9 Construction and function
1.9.1 General description
The conventional, electronic DC loads of EL 3000 B series are the second generation of small desktop loads in
the power class up to 400 W. Due to their compact size they’re especially suitable for research laboratories, test
applications or educational purposes.
Apart from basic functions of electronic loads, ramp bases waves, such as rectangular or triangular can be gener-
ated the integrated function generator.

are galvanically isolated from the device.
The standard carrying handle can serve as tilt stand, allowing for setup of different positions in order to make it
easier to read from the display or access the control elements.
All models are controlled by microprocessors.
