Choke Control NOTICE Choke is usually unnecessary when restarting a warm engine. Use of the choke may be needed for cold starts or if the exceed unit does not start while pressing the Exceed Switch. Press the choke button (not more than 10 seconds) while pressing the Exceed switch and release when the Exceed unit starts. 3.

EXCEED HYBRID UNIT by E-Z-GO The Exceed Hybrid unit is a fully integrated supplemental power source. Get up to 150 miles on a single charge and benefit from the convenience of an on-board generator and 120 volt, three prong power outlet.

CLEANING AND CARE Cleaning To reduce the possibility of severe injury or vehicle damage, read and understand all instructions supplied by manufacturer of pressure washer. Do not pressure wash inside the Hybrid Exceed Unit. When pressure washing exterior of vehicle, do not use pressure in excess of 700 psi.

Any electrolyte spills should be neutralized with a solution of 2 teaspoons (10 ml) sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) dissolved in 1 quart (1 liters) of water and flushed with water. Aerosol containers of battery terminal protectant must be used with extreme care.

Adjusting The Belt Loosen the generator pivot bolt. While holding the lower adjusting nut with a wrench, loosen the upper jam nut with another wrench. Move the lower nut up or down the adjustment bolt until proper belt tension is achieved. Hold the lower nut in place and tighten the upper jam nut against it.
