Installation Troubleshooting

Note: Windows 98 SE and ME users please check website at

www.nvtechusa.com for any driver update, if you experience installation

issue.

A. Windows XP (including x64 Edition)

If you encounter installation issues with Windows XP, please do the following

steps:

1. With the installation disc inside your computer and the adapter connected

to your system, restart your system.

2. The “Found New Hardware Wizard” window should open. Select “No, not

this time” option and click the “Next” button.

3. Select “Install from a list or specific location (Advanced)” option and click

the “Next” button.
