4.16 MOTION DETECTION
Use this option to enable or disable manual or motion detection
based audio/video recording,and enable or disable motion alert
(beeps).
To disable motion detection set Motion Detection to "Never".

4.16.1 MANUAL RECORDING
For manual recording Motion Detection must be set to “Never” or
Motion Detection Recording must be set to Disable

While monitor is displaying video press and release RIGHT
navigation key, which is marked by red symbol on the monitor,
to start video recording. Red with timer is displayed in upper
left corner indicating video is being recorded Press this key again
MENU key to stop video recording
Video is saved message is displayed on the screen
NOTE: See section 4.10 for instructions to view recorded videos
