Turn the pump up side down and position it on the fi xture
shown in the picture.

Unscrew and remove the shaft nut. Remove the washer
and the spacer.

Remove the impellers and the stages.
Remove the shoulder washer of the mechanical seal.
Remove the split ring housing “C” and the split rings “D”.
Insert the specifi c tool (pipe having very fi ne wall) between
the rubber of the mechanical seal and the shaft.

Pull the tool holding the mechanical seal upwards to the
end of the shaft.
Use a mallet to remove the stainless steel oil chamber
cover.

By means of a syringe, suck the lubricating oil from its
housing.
Remove the shoulder washer of the second mechanical
seal.
Remove the circlip “E”.
Insert the specifi c tool (pipe having very fi ne wall) between
the rubber of the mechanical seal and the
shaft.
