5. 6. A Seeger - Ring Losen the pre-load charge by undoing screws “A”. It is not necessary to remove the screws. 1. 2. Remove the suction strainer 7. Unscrew the power cable gland. Template fixture Pull out the complete electric connector. Undo the connection by pulling the two connectors apart.

Pull the tool holding the mechanical seal upwards to the end of the shaft. Use a mallet to remove the stainless steel oil chamber cover. 19. 20. E D Remove the impellers and the stages. C Remove the split ring housing “C” and the split rings “D”. 15. 16. Remove the circlip “E”.
23. 24. 29. 30. Rotating Seal Fixed Seal Pull the tool holding the mechanical seal upwards to the end of the shaft. Remove the alluminum seal housing. 25. 26. Remove the cover of the upper bearing housing. Remove the plastic protection of the condensator. 31. 32. F Pull out the rotor. Turn the motor housing up side down to remove the compensating washer “F”. 27. 28. Remove the screw from the upper motor cover. Use a mallet to remove the upper bearing housing. 33.
. 6. Position the cover of the upper bearing housing. 1. 2. 7. Position the upper bering housing and slide through the electric wire and connector from the stator. There may be a second set of wires and connector when the unit is equipped with a floater level control. Position the electric wire protection at the top of a new stator. 3. Position a new o-ring and fit the upper motor cover making sure not to damage the o-ring. Bring the wire’s connector out. 4. 8.
11. Special tool 12. 17. Special tool 18. Rotating Seal Rotating Seal Fixed Seal Fixed Seal Position a new fixed face of the mechanical seal into its housing as well as a new o-ring. Lubricate the o-ring. Slide the seal housing onto the motor casing making sure not to damage the mechanical seal face or the o-ring. Position two new o-rings in their sits on the motor housing and lubricate them. With caution in not damaging the o-rings, fit the oil chamber cover.
23. 24. 29. 30. A Position the spacer and the washer. Screw on firmly the locking nut. Insert the outside sleeve. 25. Tighten firmly the six screws “A” in order to provide a preload charge to the discharge head. 26. 31. Lubrificate the o-ring and insert it between stage and outside sleeve. Check the screw position. The screw must be in the center of the discharge. 27. Assemble the suction strainer. 28. 32.
