 3. Enlarge the middle hole in the steering arm
with a 5/64" (2mm) drill bit. Secure a pushrod
connector on the steering arm using a pushrod
connector backplate.
 4. Enlarge the outboard hole in the rudder control
horn using a 5/64" (2mm) drill bit. Secure a
pushrod connector on the rudder horn using a
pushrod connector backplate.
