Throttle Stop Installation Guide

This manual is designed to help the user install the

Atmospheric Sensing Module II.

Unpacking

Step 1

Remove the contents from the box.

Step 2

Verify the hardware contents as follows:

Installation Warning: The throttle stop should installed while the motorcycle is NOT RUNNING and the ignition switch in the OFF position! Note: Become familiar with the “Throttle Stop” operation before attempting to use it in conjunction with your Dynojet Dynamometer. Step 1 Install the Throttle Stop by sliding it over the Motorcycle’s handlebar grip. Fine Adjustment Knob 2 Loosen the “Fine Adjustment Knob” on the “Throttle Stop” and rotate it to it’s full counter clockwise position.

Step 2 Tighten the “Mounting Knob” to a point where it is secure on the grip. Warning: Do not overtighten the “Mounting Knob”, you could crush the throttle sleeve! Mounting Knob Step 3 Loosen the “Fine Adjustment Knob” on the “Throttle Stop” and adjust it to your desired throttle position.
