Heidolph Titramax Microplate Shakers
The Titramax range of moulded platform shakers are designed to accept snap fit of 4 to 6
microplates measuring 85x128 mm. The 100 and 1000 models produce circular vibrations with a
steplessly variable frequency between 150 and 1350rpm, with an amplitude of 1.5 mm. The 101
model provides circular vibrations with an orbit of 3.0mm. Both models have a three year
warranty. The Titramax 1000 shaker can be used with the Incubator 1000 with low hood for stable

Jencons, Microplate Incubator Shakers
This range of microplate incubator shakers includes the IS89 Standard microplate incubator shaker
accommodating 6x96 well standard microplates or 6 standard culture flasks and the IS89HT High
Top model accommodating 6x96 deep well microplates. All these models are available with an
optional timer (variable from 2–58 mins).
They have a normal working temperature range from ambient +5°C to 54ºC with a sensitive ther-
mostatic control maintaining the pre-set temperature to within ±1ºC. A large horizontal fan
provides total, continuous air movement, heating to equilibrium in a very short time and with a
maximum variation of only ±0.2ºC.
A micro switch which is activated immediately on opening the lid switches off the heating and
shaking systems. This allows easy access and ensures that the pre-determined temperature and
agitation re-commences at the original settings.
