Magellan Software
Instrument control and data reduction software supporting the complete line of Tecan microplate readers.
Magellan supports all detection modes including fluorescence intensity, fluorescence polarisation, time-
resolved fluorescence, glow luminescence and absorbance, as well as all plate formats up to 1536 wells.
Wizard guides provide step-by-step guidance for even complex assays and calculation modes.
Comprehensive data reduction for kinetic, screening, curve fitting and a broad range of other applica-
tions are provided. All major curve fitting methods are included and an enhanced kinetic evaluation
package enables individual curve comparisons. Automated data export in variable formats and customis-
able report forms help to meet any specific requirements for data storage.
System requirements: Windows 2000 or higher, minimum processor P4 or equivalent, 64MB RAM
memory, video resolution 800x600.
