Polarisation Reader
The POLARstar Optima is a fully automated
microplate reader that incorporates five different
measurement principals: standard fluorescence,
time-resolved fluorescence, fluorescence polari-
sation, absorbance (OD) and high performance
luminescence (2,000,000 cps). The unit can be
configured with on-board reagent dispensers
and an incubation chamber. The wavelength
range for standard and TR fluorescence is 240nm
to 740nm (extended wavelength to 900nm is
available, please enquire for details).
