The LUMIstar Galaxy is a fully automated microplate-based luminescence reader, designed for the widest
possible range of luminescence applications. Flash kinetics as fast as 100ms, and glow kinetics of up to
12h are possible with the user-friendly Windows™ software. The XY microplate transport system moves
in increments as small as 0.1mm, which allows analysis of a wide range of plate formats.

The FLUOstar Optima is a fully-automated microplate reader that incorporates four different
measurement principals: standard fluorescence, time-resolved fluorescence, absorbance (OD) and high
performance luminescence (2,000,000 cps). The unit can be configured with on-board reagent
dispensers and an incubation chamber. It covers the wavelength range from 240nm to 740nm and reads
a 384 well plate within 28 seconds.
