Anthos, Zenyth 200 Monochromator Microplate Reader
The Zenyth 200 offers cuvette and microplate scanning spectrophotometry in one instrument for meas-
urements in the low UV range as well as the visible range. A high precision monochromator separates
light of the desired wavelength into either wells of microplates or cuvettes. The microplate chamber can
be temperature controlled up to 45°C. Endpoint, multichromatic, kinetic, spectral scanning and X-Y
position scanning modes offer complete assay flexibility.
Pre-programmed assays include:

There are two Zenyth 200 models:
200RT, a PC controlled version with temperature control and 200ST, a stand-alone version with onboard
