Dynex Technologies, TRIAD Series Multimode Microplate Readers
The new innovative TRIAD and TRIAD LT multimode microplate readers are suitable for fluorescence,
luminescence and absorbance based assays. They provide excellent value and flexibility for a variety of
application needs.
The TRIAD and TRIAD LT include multimode detection Control software to enable simple instrument
control, data transfer and assay protocol development. With an Outlook
style and wizard-based interface,
users can easily define protocols. Data can be automatically exported to Excel
, saved to file and printed.
The optional TRIAD Concert software is an analysis software package which extends data manipulation
capability (curve fitting e.t.c.) and includes Control software. The TRIAD Signet software, also available
as an accessory, includes all of the features of Concert software plus, 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
TRIAD LT is designed for absorbance (VIS), fluorescence intensity (top read) and glow luminescence, and
is supplied with excitation filters: 360nm and 485nm, emission filters: 465nm and 535nm, absorbance
filters: 405nm, 450nm, 492nm and 620nm and multimode detection control software.
The TRIAD is designed for absorbance (UV/VIS), fluorescence intensity (top and bottom read), glow lumi-
nescence, fluorescence polarization (FP) and time resolved fluorescence (TRF), and is supplied with
excitation filters: 535nm, 485nm, 485nm (FP) and 370nm (TRF), emission filters: 595nm, 535nm, 535nm
(FP) and 625nm (TRF), absorbance filters: 260nm, 340nm, 405nm, 450nm, 595nm and 620nm and
multimode detection control software.
