Improved Installation Process
The steps needed to update a Trinix frame during installation have been
reduced. Broadlinx now compares the micro-controller versions. If there is
a difference between the Active (installed) code and the Pending (to be
installed) version, the Status light will turn red. The firmware will be
updated for each type of board at the same time instead of each individual
board.
The actual installation time will depend on the size and configuration of the
Routing switcher. These steps are described in
Software Installation on
page 12.
